On Friday 13th November, the very talented Chef Matt Smith will be taking over our kitchen for an evening by Fyr — bringing you an incredible Italian-inspired, fire-led dining experience. 🇮🇹🔥
Matt has more than 20 years experience spent in some of Britain’s most respected kitchens, including the two Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Freemasons at Wiswell & The Kingham Plough
Expect a multi-course menu built around the very best seasonal British produce, combined with Italian influences and the unmistakable flavours that come from cooking over fire.
This is more than just dinner — it’s an evening for people who genuinely LOVE food. 🍴
