Christmas is coming to Burnley!

Over five successive Saturdays from 20th November – 18th December, the town will be full of festive cheer and yuletide spirit thanks to a range of seasonal events and activities.

There will be fun for all the family at every turn with attractions, characters and music set to inspire, while a special Christmas Artisan Market is sure to get those sleigh bells ringing.

Make sure you check back here in the week leading up to each event where we will shine a spotlight on that Saturday’s festive fun.

Saturday 18th December

Burnley’s Christmas events culminate with another day of festive family fun right across the town centre.

A range of yuletide characters will provide seasonal cheer, there will be live music courtesy of the Santa Band and children’s activities will provide plenty of fun for the little ones.

Make sure you don’t miss the Accessible Sleigh and Giant Snowglobe either which are sure to bring lots of Christmas magic.

Please note that if the weather doesn’t play ball, the best place to find the characters and activities will be Charter Walk and the Burnley Market Hall.

Face coverings are now compulsory inside shops and on public transport unless individuals are exempt so please bear this in mind when visiting Burnley.
