Burnley Vintage & Performance Car Show

Get revved up for a fun day out that the whole family will enjoy!
On Saturday 14th September, Burnley is hosting a Vintage & Performance Car Show in the town centre.
Building on the success of last year’s show, 2024’s event will feature an array of classic and retro vehicles lining up on St James’s Street all the way down to Curzon Street.
There will also be a selection of motorbikes – the eye-catching vehicles aren’t just limited to four wheels you know!
Do you have a vintage or performance vehicle that you would like to exhibit on the day?
So much to see and do!
But the best thing is that the entertainment isn’t just limited to engines and alloys!
Alongside the vehicles, visitors will be able to enjoy an exciting car themed trail with a prize for each participant & music from a brass brand to add even more atmosphere to the day.
Timings
The event will begin at 11am and run until 4pm, so you have plenty of time to get yourself into Burnley and enjoy the show!

At 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm you’ll find Optimus eyeing up the competition and sniffing out any Decepticons hiding in the ranks!
You might even find him riding some of the childrens rides down on Curzon Street!
Some of the vehicles you can expect to see on the day
Our Performance and Vintage Car Show 2023 was a resounding success with almost 70 vehicles on show. The footfall was increased on the day and our survey told us that visitors were seen to stay longer than normal in the town centre.
We are now preparing to launch our third Town Centre Performance and Vintage Car Show which will take place on Saturday 14th September 2024. Record entries are expected so please avoid disappointment and register early. To enhance our show we would also like to encourage Classic and performance Motorcycles to create a spectacular show.
This year we aim to encourage more businesses to enter into the theme and spirit of the show and on that note we are looking forward to an even bigger and better show.
Burnley Business Improvement District (BID) is seeking owners of classic cars, motorbikes and vehicles who’d like to display their machines at the town centre event on Saturday 14th September.
Burnley BID is urging those with classic and vintage vehicles who’d be interested in taking part to get in touch as soon as possible via the form below.
All you have to do is fill out a few details and a member of the Burnley BID team will respond to confirm participation.
