Is your Happy Place on the dark side? Unravel the secrets and mystery behind horror theatre with Thunder Road, creators of the inescapable ghost story Shock Horror.
Led by multi-award-winning performer and National Theatre puppeteer Alex Moran (War Horse), this workshop explores the devices and techniques used to build suspense and tension in horror storytelling. You’ll also experiment with puppetry, manipulating life-sized objects to eerie effect. By the end, you’ll put your new skills to the test by creating your own short horror story.
