Burnley Believes Christmas Light Switch On is taking place on Saturday, November 16th.
It’s going to be a jolly good time filled with exciting activities such as Crazy Golf, the Burnley Alliance Silver Band will be on hand to provide yuletide music, a festive trail with prizes, face painting, Lilo and Stitch Mascot, Fun Fair and much more from 12:00 – 5:00pm.
The magical lantern parade – led by Batala Lancaster – winds its way around the town centre from 4:15pm, with Santa Claus and his Elves.
On the live stage from 12:00 – 5:30pm we have a music, performing art dance schools, Burnley College performing arts, an interactive Elf show, Burnley Panto Society presents Peter Pan and more followed with day then drawing to a spellbinding finale at 5.15pm when the countdown to the lights switch-on begins and the snow cannons are fired.
