DESCRIPTION:Join artists and photographers Jan Williams and Chris Teasdale\
 , and their unique mobile gallery on wheels\, The Caravan Gallery.\n\nJan 
 and Chris have been commissioned to carry out a Burnley Pride of Place Pro
 ject and need your help to generate the content of an interactive communit
 y exhibition celebrating all things Burnley. The exhibition will be hosted
  in a town centre venue in early Summer 2024 to showcase the diversity and
  creativity of Burnley’s communities\, past\, present and future. In pre
 paration The Gallery will be popping up around Burnley and Padiham\, where
  Jan and Chris will be exhibiting their own photographs of Burnley along w
 ith some weird and wonderful observations from other parts of the UK. They
  are inviting local people to get involved and help showcase what makes Bu
 rnley truly unique. So come along and share local stories\, photographs\, 
 artwork\, crafts\, films\, music\, memorabilia\, stories\, poems\, books a
 nd objects that could be included in the exhibition.\n\nSince 2000 The Car
 avan Gallery has exhibited in hundreds of locations nationally and interna
 tionally\, from supermarket car parks to fancy museums and galleries\, ta
 king art to people and places many ‘normal’ galleries might find it ha
 rd to reach.\n\nThe Burnley Pride of Place Project is supported by funding
  from Arts Council England and is being run by Burnley Leisure &amp\; Cult
 ure in partnership with Mid Pennine Arts and Blaze Arts.
