DESCRIPTION:Join artists and photographers Jan Williams and Chris Teasdale\
 , and their unique mobile gallery on wheels.\n\nJan and Chris have been co
 mmissioned to carry out a Burnley Pride of Place Project and need your hel
 p to generate the content of an interactive community exhibition celebrati
 ng all things Burnley and Padiham. The exhibition will be hosted in a town
  centre venue in early Summer 2024 to showcase the diversity and creativit
 y of Burnley’s communities\, past\, present and future. In preparation t
 he Gallery will be popping up around Burnley and Padiham\, where Jan and C
 hris will be exhibiting their own photographs of Burnley along with some w
 eird and wonderful observations from other parts of the UK. They are invit
 ing local people to get involved and help showcase what makes Burnley and 
 Padiham truly unique. So come along and share local stories\, photographs\
 , artwork\, crafts\, films\, music\, memorabilia\, stories\, poems\, books
  and objects that could be included in the exhibition.\n\nSince 2000 The C
 aravan Gallery has exhibited in hundreds of locations nationally and inter
 nationally\, from supermarket car parks to fancy museums and galleries\, 
 taking art to people and places many ‘normal’ galleries might find it 
 hard to reach.\n\nThe Burnley Pride of Place Project is supported by fundi
 ng from Arts Council England and is being run by Burnley Leisure &amp\; Cu
 lture in partnership with Mid Pennine Arts and Blaze Arts.
