 ies to Chorley Cakes and Hotpot there is lots to discover in the regional 
 fare and dishes that have characterised Lancashire over the years. This mo
 uthwatering talk will pick out some of the fascinating stories that contri
 bute to Lancashire's food and drink history.  As an extra treat you can t
 ry a few handmade local Lancashire treats and have a glass of Vimto at the
  end!\n\nEmma Kay's book 'Foots\, Lonks &amp\; Wet Nellies Lancashire's Fo
 od and Drink' will also be on sale\, and she will be happy to sign a copy 
 for you.\n\nPlease note: the food samples are all hand prepared by Emma Ka
 y and use traditional ingredients including wheat\, milk\, animal fats\, n
