 \n\nWe turn to many external things for happiness but this search often le
 ads to greater desires and dissatisfaction.\n\nIn this course\, we will ex
 plore why these things fail to quench our thirst for happiness and how we 
 can find true enjoyment free from desire and attachment.\n\nWe often cause
  ourselves much suffering either by seeking things we don’t have or by t
 rying to cling on to what we do have.\n\nThese can be material possessions
 \, people\, jobs\, appearance etc\, thinking we can’t live without them 
 being the way we desire. But\, in reality all these are not essential\, an
 d even if we have them\, they are impermanent\, none of them last for ever
 .\n\nIf we don’t have skillful ways of dealing with this habit it can ea
 sily lead to stronger attachment and harmful tendencies.\n\nIn this medita
 tion workshop\, with help from teachings and guided meditations\, we will 
 discover how to identify our habits of craving and harmful attachment as t
 hey arise\, and then how to let go of them. We will discover effective way
 s to bring a growing sense of inner peace and happiness to all areas of ou
 r life.\n\nNo previous experience is necessary—this course is perfect fo
 r anyone curious about meditation or looking to enhance their emotional we
 ll-being.\n\nRefreshments are available in our World Peace Café during th
 e course.\n\nThe cost of the Meditation Workshop is £16 (Monthly Members 
 £5\, FP Monthly Members £0).\nOur monthly membership programme offers ac
