SUMMARY:Burnley Pride of Place Project Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Come along and celebrate all things Burnley in this exhibition 
 from The Caravan Gallery\, exploring local identity and showcasing the cre
 ativity of Burnley’s inhabitants.\n\nStarting in August 2023 artists and
  photographers Jan Williams and Chris Teasdale have been documenting the w
 eird and the wonderful of Burnley and inviting local people to contribute 
 towards the exhibition. With contributions from local artists\, photograph
 ers\, poets\, school children\, local heritage groups\, archives and more\
 , the exhibition is a truly unique representation of the borough - but it'
 s not finished until the very end!\n\nWe want as many people as possible t
 o get involved in sharing their stories and artworks\, as well as adding f
 ascinating facts to "The People's Map of Burnley". If you would like to co
 ntribute something towards the exhibition\, or are just curious about what
 's there - pop along and speak to us at the hub (under the main market Hal
 l stairs) Tuesdays to Saturdays.
